Hi all,
Just a short note to let you know how Cassie (now renamed Holly) is settling in. She has been with us a month today and we cannot thank you enough for entrusting us with this beautiful girl - she is THE most perfect dog we have ever met and (don't tell Neil!) I'd get rid of him before parting with my girl! Since the day she came home to us she has never put a paw wrong and the only 'fault' we can find is that she is a little bit wary of other dogs when she is on the lead and she will give them a warning bark if they growl at her or stare at her the wrong way! But this is just a tiny thing and we are getting her out and about socialising her with dogs we know are friendly and she is visibly relaxing in their company with each passing day. She is so obedient too with me when we are out on walks and will come running back the minute I call ''Holly, come'' and no longer tries to swim out to sea to catch eider ducks! She also smiles at us by pulling her lips back in a grin which is so endearing. In short she has made our life complete once more ( and I am half a stone lighter!!!) and we wouldn't be without her! And, who knows, possibly this time next year we may just get her a wee sister or brother and will definitely be coming back to your kennels to do so!
